These start at $350 for a watercolor painting of the house and some surrounding details. Additional quotations, names, phrases and pets can be added for an additional fee.
These do NOT come with matted nor framed.

I use 11 x 14 inch Legion Stonehenge vellum, 100% cotton paper (90LB / 250G), Holbein, Crayon d’ache, and Windsor Newton watercolors, archival ink, pencil, and acid free paper.

Yes! I will ship them flat with a cardboard backing.
Shipping is standard postal rates.

The turnaround time is generally 2-3 weeks.

Working from photos, I will paint an 11” x 14” watercolor painting of the home. I take your photograph and turn it into a watercolor painting. This is not a digital print or manipulation. Each piece is unique and hand drawn and painted. Please send a clear high resolution photo of the house.
Please make sure the photo is from the angle that you prefer for the portrait and send a few extra pictures for details if possible. I can also include names, addresses, dates, and even special quotations in a variety of hand lettered fonts for an additional fee. Please contact me for details.
