Hi, I’m Mollie!

I create art that both captures and makes memories.

Let’s work together!

A little bit about me

I am a mother of three, a visual artist and teacher with a bachelor’s degree in Art History from The University of Michigan. I studied sustainable building construction at the University of Alaska, fashion design at Fashion Institute of Technology, painting and drawing at Betzalel School of Art as well as School of the Visual Arts and The Art Students League. I have worked in the arts in many sectors: art consultation and curation, advertising, product/package design, fashion design, and illustration as well as working in the travel and tourism industry. After receiving my masters degree in Childhood General and Special Education from Bank Street College I went on to teach art to special education students. I still present many professional development talks on art and student engagement. I find joy in painting in all media. Collaborating with clients on their vision is an honor and it feeds my soul.

When I’m not painting and/or training my puppy assistant, Bluebelle, you can find us with my husband Catskillin’ it in beautiful Woodstock, NY.
